Mary Kay (Matie), age 99, of Mpls died May 14 at St. Anthony Eldercare after a short illness. Miss Bucklin was born on August 10, 1894 in Augusta, WI and came to Mpls shortly thereafter. She was employed by the Soo Line Railroad as a Comptometer Operator for 40 years. A former member of Rebecca Lodge and White Shrine. Matie was preceded in death by her parents, Sophia A. and Durward B; her brother, Clyde, a nephew, William Bucklin; and a great-niece, Mary Bucklin Kassel. Miss Bucklin is survived by her niece, Helen H. McKenzie, Ann Arbor, MI, niece, Katherine Carlson and husband Magnus, AuTrain MI, nephew, Clyde Bucklin Jr. and wife Mary, Marquette, MI and Ruth Bucklin (wife of William), Traverse City, MI, and numerous great-nieces, nephews and cousins.
