First I give & devise to my three grandsons (viz) John Valney M Bucklin, James H Bucklin & Edwin A Bucklin to them, their heirs & assigns all that acerage, tenement & home farm on which I now reside together with all the stock & movable property ....
I give & devise to my three granddaughters (viz) Cynthia Bucklin, Eliza M Bucklin & Harriet A Bucklin their heirs & assigns, all that farm or tenament adjoining the above named farm & is distinguished & known by the name of the Rusback Farm...
I also give & bequeath to by two daughters married women (viz) Abigail Ford & Sara Waterman, all my monies & securities for money to be paid to them in three years after my decease, that is what money shall be left after the payment of my just debts and funeral charges...
I do now hereby appoint my son-in-law, David Ford sole executor of this my last will and testament...
